The pumping station is located on the provincial road N359 and on the IJsselmeer, just outside Lemmer (in the direction of Balk). At the front of the road at the Plattedijk you can park your car for free. From here you can walk to the entrance in less than 10 minutes.
For disabled people, there is parking in the private lot opposite the visitor center.
The nearest bus stop is Lemmer, Ir. D.F. Woudagemaal and is within walking distance of the pumping station.
